Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for greasing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a large casserole dish with olive oil or butter.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half the cheese until well mixed.
