  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub olive oil on the chicken breasts; season generously with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet; cook for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic, green beans, and cubed potatoes to the skillet.
