Description

  • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Red gel food coloring
  • Blue gel food coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Divide filling into two bowls; tint one with red gel food coloring and the other with blue.
  4. Spoon dollops of both colored fillings into the crust in alternating layers and swirl if desired.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, spread remaining whipped topping on top and decorate with fresh berries.
